Pictures are really easy to take these days. Using your phone or digital camera, take a snapshot then you can immediately see what your photo looks like right after.

With lomo cameras, the photo is always a surprise. You need to wait for the film to be developed before you get to see the photo and its vibrant colors, deep saturation and vignettes. These are very much unlike our standard photos.

The workshop will cover the beginnings of lomography, it’s 10 golden rules, types of films and film developing, the different kinds of lomo cameras, as well as tips and tricks. Participants will also go for a Cubao X lomo walk and have a portrait session using a Lomography Pertzal lens. Freebies and discounts will be given by Team Manila and Wooden Canvas.
