Rejoice, salmon lovers! Delight in this roasted salmon sandwiched between heavenly-baked bread. It’s an eye-catching wreath for Christmas, isn’t it?

Roasted Stuffed Chicken with Seafood Paella Rice

This combo’s a blast in one bite. You get to taste seafood paella with boneless chicken stuffed with loads of different ingredients, such as cheese, raisins, ground pork, and ground beef. It’s so flavorful that you’ll want to go for another round!

Holiday Ham and Mushroom Carbonara with Truffle Oil

Admit it: some parties are not complete without pasta in white sauce. Here’s the iconic carbonara with festive ham and shitake mushrooms in truffle oil. And because fettuccine’s boring and common, Chef Mike says they opt to use fusilli instead.

Seafood Thermidor with Winter Vegetables

This one looks as good as it tastes. When I saw its colors, I instantly thought of Christmas. This dish is composed of mushroom sauce with a mix of squid, prawns, mussels and winter vegetables like potatoes, peas, and corn. It has a Cajun spice and lots of cheese on it that totally complements everything.

Pasta Bolognese

Pasta with red sauce is what kids usually look for at a party. You might not notice it, but this version of Pasta Bolognese has red wine in it. Don’t worry, though, there isn’t TOO much of it, so it’s still good for everyone. No one’s going to get tipsy!

Miso and Orange Marinated Whole Fillet of Salmon

If you really can’t get enough of salmon, make space for this one on your plate. This dish’s a comeback from their last year’s menu, so they call it the version 2.0. While last year’s salmon was baked, though, it’s more festive and Christmas-y this time because it has oranges, hoisin sauce and sesame oil to make guests feel the holiday vibes even more.

Festive Christmas Meat Loaf with Traditional Accompaniments

If your Titas and Titos are looking for something traditional, the classic Christmas meat loaf is the star. This puff pastry is stuffed with a bunch of savory elements such as meat, veggies, and spices.

Traditional Christmas Pot Roast with Potatoes, Peas and Vegetables

Behold, as this dish is seated in the oven for 8 hours. This timeless beef is accompanied by winter veggies that are slow-cooked, soft and moist in taste.

Toffee Nut Latte Coffee Jelly and Lychee Almond and Coconut Jelly

Does Toffee Nut Latte ring a bell? Yes, you heard it right! This dessert is an inspiration from Starbucks’ Red Cup Collection, the Toffee Nut Latte – and it really tastes the same! So, if you have tasted the famed SB featured frappe, you already know what this is like – just in a coffee jelly form.

If you want a fruity dessert, Lychee Almond and Coconut Jelly is for you. This classic pairing by Party Toques has mangoes, too! It’s creamy and refreshing with a fun spin.

Serradura Choconut

PartyToques Foodlaunch 26 171007

It’s Party Toques’ signature Serradura (a Macau-inspired pudding or aka sawdust pudding) again, but this one’s the chocolate version. I personally enjoyed this one more because I love how heavy the cream is blended in layers of chocolate. It’s sweet in the right moderation. They still offer Mango Serradura, their best-seller last year, though, in case you missed it.

Cakes: Rhum and Carrot Cake, Banana Fruit Cake

I must make this personal comment: their cakes are heavenly! You’ll really fall in love at first bite! They’re firm but soft, not too sweet but flavorful. It’s so good that we had to come back for more.

Aside from the cakes, they also make festive brownies and Food for the Gods at Php394; but if you order in bulk (6pcs minimum), you can avail each at 350php. Yay for savings!

Note that what you see in the photos are the actual servings that you’ll get. However, we cannot really gauge how many people a package can serve. I know people who eat smaller amounts, but I also know people who can finish half of a tray on their own (don’t judge, it’s their favorite, LOL), so it really depends on your guests. And by the way, if you happen to be near their place, you can also pick up your food yourself and meet the chefs while you’re at it!

Be it a family gathering, a company party or a barkada chill night – make your next yuletide get-together extraordinary by having these trays of goodness served at your table! Hurry and order in advance as Party Toques’ Early Bird Rates are only available until November 30, 2017.
