Big Bowls of Comfort at Kokoro Ramenya

WhenInManila, you have probably witnessed the rapid craze for ramen. It was fast indeed, even some of my friends are crazy about it like ramen was even the solution to ease their stress for crazy days at work. May the rain is pouring or sun is so up it is the perfect comfort for them, even over  ice cream or chocolates. Well, I am not a regular ramen-eater but I just love how it can hung me full because of noodles that is equal to carbs and of course the jampacked ingredients on it, just like what I had recently at Kokoro Ramenya.

Spacious and relax venue for some lunch or dinner with friends and family at Kokoro Ramenya.

Kokoro Ramenya, which had opened April of 2012, offers great selection of ramen which are made from scratch. Their ingredients are all imported from Japan to make sure that their customers will enjoy and experience authenticity of taste.

Their big bowls are good enough to comfort  bigger stomachs,  but it is always nice to share.

HAKATA CLASSIC   |  P 325.00  It is rich and creamy tonkotsu noodle soup boiled for 18 hours topped with kikurage, chashu, corn and soft-boiled egg

Hakata Classic is my favorite among the ones I tried. It is lighter than other ramen. I think this one is really perfect for this  rain-is-pouring-down season. Just to note it has also ginger, so if you don’t like it you can ask the staff and they’ll personalize it for you.

SEAFOOD RAMEN | P445.00 Seafood Noodles with your choice of spicy miso soup or shoyu-based soup

Did I just said Seafood Ramen? Abundance of seafood from shrimp, salmon, squid, and crab sticks. We chose miso soup for this. This on a bit salty-spicy side. So if you like a richer flavor this might be good for you.

TANTANMEN |  P 275.00 A spicy ramen dish which the broth is made from sesame and miso.

Tantanmen is one of the new add on their menu. This is on a super spicy hot, so if you can tolerate that on your soup, this is a great offer.

Other than ramen they also have a wide array of  Japanese food that you can enjoy too…
