The model and beauty queen uploaded a photo on Instagram of her wearing a beautifully intricate Filipiniana for the national costume segment, featuring cutouts and a more modern silhouette of the national dress.
The designer? None other than Francis Libiran, a well-loved couturier to the stars here and abroad!

Francis also designed Miss World 2013 Megan Young’s gown during the coronation night in Bali, Indonesia. Maybe some of that luck will rub off on Katarina, then?
