In celebration of the National Women’s Month this March, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) will offer free birth and marriage certificates to all female clients.

On March 4, the PSA announced that it will issue free birth and marriage certificates to all women every Monday this March, only at select Civil Registry System (CRS) outlets in Metro Manila.
However, keep in mind that free issuances are limited and subject to the discretion of CRS outlets.
Below are the schedules:
- March 2: Quezon City Central Outlet (first 100 women clients)
- March 9: Caloocan Outlet (first 100) and Muntinlupa Outlet (first 100 women clients)
- March 16: Makati Outlet (first 100 women clients)
- March 23: Bagong Pilipinas eSerbisyo Hub, San Juan City (first 20 women clients) and Parañaque Outlet (first 100 women clients)
- March 30: Valenzuela Outlet (first 100 women clients)
For those who will be availing the free issuance of certificates, don’t forget to bring one valid ID.
Moreover, the PSA added that it will hold a civil registration and national ID caravan on March 27 at Barangay Kaybanban, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
