Whiteevent.ph – A Click Away From Owning Your Favorite Celebrities’ Personal Items

Get to own cherished white garments and other personal items from your favorite stars via an online celebrity auction for a cause.

Want to own a piece of your favorite celebrities’ personal history?

A Diamond-certified recording star’s jacket, a showbiz princess’ dancing sneakers, a heartthrob’s Calvin Klein pants, and an OPM living legend’s Patis Tesoro creation featured on one of her album’s cover are just a few of the items you can get your hands on via the White Event, an online celebrity auction for a good cause.

More than 15 of the hottest and most recognizable names in showbiz, sports, social media, and fashion are donating and auctioning off their cherished pieces of clothing and other personal belongings via the advocacy project.

These celebrities include Aljur Abrenica, Julie Anne San Jose, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Nikki Gil, Derek Ramsay, Marc Nelson, Doug and Cheska Kramer, Miriam Quiambao, Tippy Dos Santos, Eula Valdez, Lynda Jumilla, and Jing Castañeda. Showbiz legends Ms. Celeste Legaspi, Ms. Tessie Tomas, and supermodel Tweetie De Leon-Gonzalez are also participating, with some of their clothing items bearing designer names.

Cager Chris Tiu of the PBA’s Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and former Lady Eagle Gretchen Ho also agreed to let go of a few things from their wardrobe. The social media community, not to be left behind, is currently represented by Kryz Uy, Divine Lee, Patricia Prieto, and Cat Arambulo-Antonio, owner of the bespoke Vania Romoff jumpsuit currently open for bidding on the website.

Proceeds from the auction will go directly to Catmon Integrated School, a public school in Malabon City where more than 4,500 students share only 28 overused classrooms. Through the White Event, the children studying there can look forward to rehabilitated facilities and a better learning environment.

Jasmine Curtis-Smith, TV5’s teen princess and World Vision ambassador, is auctioning off two pairs of shoes despite not having have a huge collection to boast of yet. She also urged public figures during the project’s launch to “make good use” of their status to help out.

“I think ando’n ka na, e, may paraan ka na to help other people,” she explained. “You don’t even have to do much, just join World Vision or join a campaign and help them help others, that’s already enough for a public personality to do.”

“If they want to join and more, that’s one way of encouraging and showing people how easily doable these campaigns are for everyone,” she added.

Other items already available for bidding are Julie Anne San Jose’s white leather jacket, worn during her Christmas party with fans last year, and one of Aljur Abrenica’s very first branded purchases abroad, a pair of white Calvin Klein pants.
