Founded by Mr. and Mrs. Pornobi, both from Quezon province, where there is an abundance of seafood. They started as employees at seafood markets themselves and eventually learned the trade. That’s how Twinheart Seafood was created. Twinheart Seafood initially focused on selling bigger varieties of fish like tuna, blue marlin, tanigue, and pink salmon. However, they recently updated their seafood options to include smaller fish, shrimps, crabs, seafood paluto, maki, and more.

“This pandemic reminded us that we need to adapt to changing times and that nothing is permanent,” they explain. “I would say this situation honed our skills for the evolution of social marketing. We used to be content with low sales; but then, we started selling online last 2018 and it was such a huge change. Our store was busy even if there were no customers around.”

If you are looking for fresh seafood, Twinheart Seafood has fresh fish and seafood coming in daily. “Aside from picking the best, we also clean, slice, and process the orders as per customers’ request,” they share. “We have a wide variety of raw seafood, sashimi, maki, and cooked seafood to choose from.”

Twinheart Seafood delivers all around the Metro using motorcycle delivery apps. For their raw seafood – particularly the sashimi – they clean, slice, and prepare the order a few minutes before delivery to make sure that the customer receives it fresh. Their seafood is also always packed with ice to avoid spoilage.

“For raw seafood, we advise refrigerating it right away after cleaning. For sashimi, maki, and our seafood paluto, it is always best to consume it immediately. Any leftovers should be refrigerated, as well,” they remind their customers.
