Rejoice, Potter heads: our favorite Weasley Family just had a virtual reunion!
On Thursday, May 7, Harry Potter stars James and Oliver Phelps (aka Fred and George Weasley) welcomed the guest appearance of their onscreen sister, Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), on their podcast, Double Trouble.
As you could imagine, the entire episode was a trip down memory lane. They reminisced on meeting their “film family” during the scene at King’s Cross station which they revealed they were completely unprepared for because of the “environment” and the fact that Bonnie only got her lines the day of (because “it wasn’t in the script”).
They also talked about their costars, especially Weasley matriarch Julie Walters (Molly Weasley) to whom Bonnie will always be grateful for her kindness and guidance.
Sadly, their other onscreen sibling, Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), wasn’t in the podcast either but probably with good reason. After all, he just welcomed the birth of his new daughter with girlfriend Georgie Groome this week!
