J.K. Rowling’s ‘Harry Potter at Home’ online hub was recently launched in an effort to keep people entertained and busy at home. Its latest initiative is a special reading of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by various celebrities.
The first chapter is read by the boy who lived himself (or at least, the boy who immortalized him on-screen), Daniel Radcliffe!

Radcliffe will be joined by other notable celebrities like Stephen Fry, Dakota Fanning, and Eddie Redmayne in reading the first installment of the Harry Potter series. A new video chapter will be released each week with the stars alternating on the readings.
Other celebrity narrators include Claudia Kim, David Beckham, and Noma Dumezweni. Some narrators have not yet been announced and will likely be a special surprise for all of us!
Radcliffe’s reading of the chapter is already up and you can view it here. All following chapters will likewise be available for free on harrypotterathome.com while the audio will be accessible exclusively on Spotify.
