Herbert Colangco is allegedly one of the three high-profile drug lords known as the “triad” said to have direct connections with suppliers from China.
He is currently jailed at the New Bilibid Prison where he owns a fully-equipped recording studio. Apparently, this is where he spends his time writing and recording songs, and shooting music videos such as this one.

In addition to this, Colangco won the “New Male Recording Artist” award in the 2014 PMPC Awards for Music for his platinum-selling debut album titled “Herbert C: Kinabukasan”.
