While planes en route to Boracay are usually fully booked, imagine this travel blogger’s luck when he chanced upon a plane where he was the ONLY passenger!
Alexander Simon, a travel blogger from Australia, paid for an economy flight, but ended up flying alone as if it were a private jet!
According to the blogger, he was supposed to wait two hours for a connecting flight from Manila to Kalibo, but was later informed that he could take on a special flight that was supposed to transport Manila-bound passengers in Caticlan. Several foreign news outlets picked up on the story.
