Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling have become a favorite Hollywood on-screen pairing since the romance-comedy film Crazy, Stupid, Love. They were paired again after that for the period film Gangster Squad, and now again for the upcoming romance musical, La La Land.

The two, together, create a wonderful on-screen chemistry, which is perhaps the reason why this pairing keeps on happening. And we’re not complaining! We love seeing them together. Although this probably won’t happen in real life (Gosling is in a long-term relationship with actress Eva Mendes and has two daughters), we’re still excited to see them on screen for La La Land, which has been receiving raving reviews from critics.

La La Land comes out in Philippine theaters on January 11.
