As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread, many frontliners and health workers are in need of help and donations to continue operating.

With this, many people have made efforts to easily donate and help healthcare workers during this crisis. One of the many ways you can extend your help is through the #ProtectTheFrontline campaign. The campaign launched the website protectthefrontline.com, where you can aid frontliners and health workers fighting COVID-19.
The campaign was started by Davao physician Dr. Alvin Layog and Dr. Jason “Ayz” Ligot. Both were worried about their colleagues, who were caught between COVID19 cases that were climbing swiftly by the day and morale that was slowly diminishing by the hour.
What the website does is that it matches donors with hospitals who need support. You can see which hospitals are in need of donations and materials, and you can click which hospital to pledge. It is essentially a way to organize the different calls for support and groups who wish to send help.
