VIRAL: Watch How Barangay Ginebra Ended The 8-Year Championship Drought

Barangay Ginebra San Miguel finally broke the 8-year title drought yesterday, by conquering the championship title from the Meralco Bolts in Game 6 of the 2016 PBA Governor’s Cup, 91-88 score at the Smart Araneta Coliseum

The Gin Kings beat the Meralco Bolts with a buzzer-beater-three-point shot courtesy of Kings’ import, Justin Brownlee, that broke the 88-all score during the last seconds of the game.

LA Tenorio, on the other hand, received 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists in Game 6 that helped rallied the Kings back in the second half. The veteran guard was named the Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP).
