I also can’t believe it but yeah, I’m offcially in love with yoga. I was never interested in sports or physical activities.. I actually hate myself for being too stubborn and lazy to work out. Perhaps I find working out to be extremely boring for I easily lose interest in things I’m not passionate about so I’m surprised on why I’m so attracted to Yoga right now!
This year, I promised myself I’d be more committed to my practice for I felt the need to commune with my body more. Yoga for me isn’t just about stretching but more of my sacred time to reconnect to my true self. I know it may sound really alien but yeah, I enjoy meeting and getting to know myself over and over and with this, I gained more respect for myself, understood my limitations and realized I can do things i never thought I’m capable of. I enjoy doing Vinyasa so much! I find it to be so relaxing and calming. I love the energized feeling I get after each session, I feel so alive and awake!
I also recently discovered Anti Gravity Yoga and boy was it so life changing! Apart from it being physically challenging, Anti Gravity Yoga taught me on how to trust myself more. I always believed in myself all these years but I realized I still didn’t trust myself enough for I had second thoughts in surrendering myself, believing that all will be fine….

I can’t believe I did it!
From a lifelong of fear, it felt great to just hang loose while trusting the hammock to and the universe to suppport me. Now I know how it feels to surrender completely to the forces around… Such a great feeling indeed!

If you have trust issues, I believe it’ll be difficult for u to do this, but it is also a great way to learn and overcome fear. I was so hesitant at first but when I decided and go for the inversions, I felt so free!!
I’m really blessed to find such a great studio like Beyond Yoga. I so admire the teachers and my classmates are also equally inspiring that’s why I’ve decided to show my support to them so people can also discover the inner bliss and peace which can be achieved by practicing yoga!
My teacher Maricar taught me a very important lesson that day…. that we should all give time for ourselves, especially for our bodies. Like a car, it’ll be impossible to us to go places if we are broken or not in tune so we have to make time to give ourselves enough rest and activities to strengthen our bodies more.
I was able to improve my posture with yoga. I feel more energetic and stronger aside from being more flexible. Most especially, I feel more focused, at peace and in tune with my source. Oh I hope you can also try it!
