The University of the Philippines has been the dream school of many incoming college students in the country. Aside from being called the ‘Iskolar ng Bayan’, the university also upholds the highest standards of education. They offer a wide array of courses that best fit its students. The university is also known to have educated and produced the Philippines’ top politicians, scientists and doctors.
According to The Times Higher Education or THE, U.P. went up 61 places and has landed on the 4th place of the list of Top South East Asia Universities.
Topping the list is the National University of Singapore, which has retained its position from the previous list, followed by another Singaporean University, Nanyang Tech. Coming in 3rd place is the University of Malaya in Malaysia then University of the Philippines and Universiti Teknologi Petronas in Malaysia.
