In an Instagram post, Gehlee used UNIS’ official account to remind her followers of something important. This post coincided with the rallies that occurred in the Philippines.

“Take a stand,” she captioned the post.
Fans and followers expressed their support for the young global sensation, praising her for using her platform to champion a meaningful cause.
“We love an idol who is not afraid to speak up against injustice. Was also proud of the Filipino EverAfters who joined the rally. Their signs were so creative and humorous. As usual, even when faced with an important issue, Filipino humour is ever so present! Kudos to our youth!” one fan wrote.
Another social media user commented: “For a kpop group to caption something like this is huge! Thank you for raising awareness and for standing with us. STAN UNIS!!!!”
Apart from Gehlee, KATSEYE’s Sophia also expressed her support for protests against corruption.
“The voice of the Filipino people is powerful and unshakable. Even if I cannot be present in today’s rallies, I am listening, I am aware, and I stand with you,” she wrote in an Instagram story.
