There were quite a few brave professionals that still had to brave the crazy storm! From the healthcare professionals, MMDA officers, newscasters, and many others. Of those hardworking professionals, one group definitely had fun by posting a whole lot of funny social media posts. We’re now showing you our favorite call center agent social media posts.
It’s quite funny yet a half-meant reality that we must also consider why on earth call center agents or other professions don’t get the same typhoon days off like students or government officials. They’re inside joke is usually calling themselves “immortals” during such events as they brave the hurricane force winds and river rapid type floods.ย
But, indeed, the Filipino spirit wouldn’t be shadowed by any storm that may come. Not by Glenda or the others to come. We will always find a rainbow after each storm. I’d just like to add that call center agents are one of the most underestimated professions of them all. How am I able to say that? It’s because I am one of the thousands of Pinoy call center agents who rushed to the office during the height of Typhoon Glenda just to get a hold of the headset to greet our dear customers with a “”Hi! How may I help you?”, even though we are in need of a ton of help.
