You react whenever you hear… Psssst IS SO TRUE… I usually hear from overseas Filipino priests in their homilies that the easiest way for them to know if a Filipino is nearby abroad is by doing this Pssst (I don’t know if there’s such a word to describe this action) and watch if anyone turns their heads. hahaha.
