Tony Labrusca has made it known that he wants to work with “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino in a future project.
It was during the press conference for his upcoming series with Julia Barretto, titled I Am U, when he shared his honest thoughts about Kris.

“I would love to have a project with her,” he said. “Sobrang character niya eh (She’s such a character). Whatever comes out of her mouth, whether you hate her or you love her, she’s so interesting to watch as a person.”
He also shared that, if there would ever be a third installment of Kris’ beloved horror film Feng Shui, he would love to have a role in it.
Tony and Kris have previously worked together briefly for a scene in an unidentified project in which Kris had played as Tony’s mother, as revealed in an Instagram post by Kris last March 2019. However, Jesus Falcis, Nicko Falcis’ brother, clarified that it was an audition video and that the project hasn’t been confirmed.
Perhaps this explains why Tony has yet to cross this opportunity off his bucket list!

In the same press conference, Tony also shared that he would want to work with Kathryn Bernardo again, after having starred in the same television series La Luna Sangre before. Meanwhile, Julia Barretto expressed her wish to have either Jericho Rosales or Ian Veneracion as her future leading men.
Tony and Julia’s digital series I Am U will premiere on iWant on February 26, 2020.
