#ThrowbackTuesday: Manila Bay Back When it Wasn’t Commercialized

A postcard of Manila Bay back in 1964 when there was minimal to no commercialization yet. No condominiums, malls, or any high rise establishments. All you could see is the unadulterated bay area, the trees and the parks. No reclamations nor barriers. With this you could see the ships about to dock

Manila Bay is a natural harbour which serves the Port of Manila (on Luzon), in the Philippines. Strategically located around the capital city of the Philippines, Manila Bay facilitated commerce and trade between the Philippines and its neighbouring countries, becoming the gateway for socio-economic development.
