The wings craze is currently at its peak and we’ve found a new place that left our hearts ablaze (almost literally!). Contrary to its name, you won’t have to give up the chase of your cravings anymore as Chubs Chasers isn’t going anywhere. It’ll always be ready to serve you with its famous flambés!
FlambĂ© (/flÉ’mˈbeɪ) means ‘flamed’ in French and it is a cooking procedure in which alcohol is added to a hot pan to create a burst of flames.
They serve deep fried battered wings, glazed with your choice of flavor (Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Barbeque, and Sriracha) and are flamed with vodka for only P199.
Another flaming dish that they serve is their Wagyu Cubes, which are intensely marbled meat cubes, glazed with special sauce for only P369.
Don’t be fooled, those are just appetizers.
Chubs Chasers serves an entire plate of premium meat served with steamed rice or mashed potato, string beans, roasted tomato, divine gravy, and crispy garlic. They call this the Chubby Platter which consists of Pork Steak (P289), T-bone Steak (P489), Salisbury Steak (P289), and Baby Back Ribs (P539).
There’s no such thing as enough meat, we know! But it wouldn’t be complete without mouthwatering sauces. Chubs Chasers offers their own specialty sauce, from Balsamic Vinegar (which surprisingly tastes like Barbeque sauce!) to Cream of Mushroom. Who would’ve thought that those two would complement your wings, ribs, and steaks exquisitely?
To switch up the juicy and flavorful palate of herbs and spices on your taste buds, try their refreshing fruit shakes and milkshakes. The Cucumber Malunggay shake (P119), Salted Caramel milkshake (P159), and Strawberry Cheesecake milkshake (P179) are must-tries!
They say money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy you a hearty meal at a diverse ribs and steaks shack that has a cozy atmosphere, good music, and plays Disney movies.. and that’s kind of the same thing! Visit the newest branch of Chubs Chasers on the Ground Floor of The Block, SM North EDSA.
