This looks like this just came straight out of a sci-fi Hollywood blockbuster film!
There’s no stopping the Mars project anytime soon, and for the astronauts bound for the neighboring red planet, they’ve got a sweet ride to go with it: a Mars rover that looks like the Batmobile!
NASA just released a pretty cool concept Mars rover at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor complex. The Batmobile-esque vehicle and is meant to run on an electric motor, while powered by solar panels and a 700-volt battery.
There’s a good reason, however, why the automobile looks like something you’d expect from a high-budgeted film: The rover was designed by Hollywood veteran concept car design team, the Parker Brothers, but with input from NASA experts.
