Yakult is already good to drink on its own. Some make it more interesting by pairing it with soju. Wink wink.

But who would’ve thought that Yakult can be more interesting in cake form?

In a world where people seem to need a break from the troubles of 2020 and are suspicious if everything is cake, this is probably the best time to see a Yakult cake.

Melange, an online cake store based in Paranaque created a Yakult cake and it looks yum.

Apparently, the cake is inspired by the Tres Leches cake (milk sponge cake) but Melange’s version comes with a Yakult-infused sponge cake base.

Yakult cake is available at PHP 450. It’s available for delivery in Metro Manila via Grab or Lalamove.

If you’re not big into the Yakult cake, Melange also offers other cakes like Tiramisu cake and Banoffee Pie.
