This is 8 Pancit! An Anniversary Gig by Cubism Family
What better way to celebrate an anniversary for a community of talented musicians than to hold a gig at the legendary Route 196 Bar?
Cubism Family marked their 8th-year of managing artists and mounting productions last July 30, 2014. The event titled This is 8 Pancit! was done in partnership with Small Pond Movement, NDFY, Amplify.ph, Web’s Food House, Moonleaf Tea Shop, and of course WhenInManila.com.
In honor of the event’s title, they did serve pancit to the guests that came.
And, of course, what kind of gig would it be if there wasn’t any live music? Local artists who played during the event included Cubism Family’s very own Maya’s Anklet, LM Cancio, Lee Grane, and Mito Romualdez together with Three!, Peryodiko, Rizza Cabrera, and The Squibs as special guests.

There really was no better way to celebrate the night than with beautiful music, awesome friends, intense feels, (and some booze). When in Manila, that’s how we roll.
