These Filipino movies are now on Netflix and we need a marathon ASAP

Just when you think you’ve finally run out of things to stream on Netflix, you end up finding something new to obsess over and ignore your work for. Or Netflix goes and adds new content to keep you glued to your screen. In this case, it’s the latter which happened.

A slew of Filipino movies was recently added to Netflix’s roster last November 2018 then again in January. Some of the first titles to appear were Mikhail Red’s Birdshot and Jerrold Tarog’s Heneral Luna and Goyo. Of course, a lot of fuss was made over Erik Matti’s BuyBust being on Netflix. Kita Kita and Beauty and the Bestie were also added in November.
