“Explore the Great Outdoors at the Great Camp Out“

 

 

 

Up for a weekend adventure with your kids? Then it’s time to turn off your television, and let go of those gadgets and game consoles. Your real adventure begins with the great outdoors.

 

The North Face brings to parents and their kids the latest leg of the Great Camp Out. The next Great Camp Out will be held at the Tagaytay Highlands from August 18 to 19, where 30 teams are guaranteed the best ever camping experience.

 

There’s no reason why you can’t experience a real adventure, and The North Face promises everything you could hope for in one: pitching a tent, roasting marshmallows, telling ghost stories by the campfire, learning survival skills, sleeping under the stars. When it comes to having a grand adventure, you know nothing compares to exploring the great outdoors.

 

Parents with children ages 12 and below are invited to come up for the weekend. Aside from camping out, the weekend also promises exciting contests where participants will go head to head, challenging everyone in all sorts of outdoor activities. The perfect bonding activity for parents and children, the Great Camp Out will not just introduce the many ways to explore the great outdoors; it will also teach the value of teamwork and skills one will find truly valuable in the real world.

 

Just like the previous installments in Pulag, Davao, and Nuvali, participating teams will be provided camping gear and supplies for dinner and breakfast for the weekend. The first three teams to finish The Great Camp Out challenge will get special prizes, while all finishers will get a chance to win the ultimate prize: an all-expense paid trip for five to explore the country’s highest peak, Mt. Apo – where another Great Camp Out adventure awaits.

 

 

 

 

Registration is now ongoing at Tagaytay Higlands, R.O.X.,and The North Face Metro Manila branches: SM North Edsa Annex, SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza, Glorietta IV, SM Mall of Asia, and Alabang Town Center. Registration packages come in three options, with different supplies and goodies coming with each choice.
