From luxurious penthouse suites, submarine getaways, and the finest resorts and villas, have you ever wondered which hotel is the most expensive in the world? Whether you’re after breathtaking city skylines, to lavish underwater views, brand-new research details the priciest pads that will leave you lusting over.
Finance experts at Merchant Cash Advance wanted to uncover 2022’s most expensive hotels in the world, trawling through reputable articles from Vogue, Wealthy Gorilla, and Travel Top List to create a specialized list of the top 20 hotels, and the average price of a suite per night.
Topping the list is the Lover’s Deep Luxury Submarine which is, you guessed it, a submarine vessel that really plunges deep underwater—allowing you to enjoy the beautiful marine life while indulging in delicious feasts, cozy naps, and the finest liquor. This 5-star accommodation also includes a private captain, chef, and butler. Obviously, this isn’t for those with a fear of enclosed spaces and deep bodies of water, neither is it for those with a tight budget, because staying a night here costs a whopping USD150,000 or PHP 8.3 million a night!
