The Gathering: 10th Toys & Hobbies Convention (TAGCOM)
The pop culture community has indeed been growing these past couple of years. Varying from toys, music, shoes, cars and all that stuff, these very things inspired the community to grow and expand, catering from kids and children at heart.
The Gathering: 10th (Toys & Hobbies Convention) TAGCOM has been a mainstay in the Philippine event scene. Now on their 10th year of celebrating passion for hobbies, collecting, cosplay, and pop culture, it is certainly one of the events people shouldn’t afford to miss! So what’s to see here?
TOYS, FIGURE and STATUES – The backbone of TAGCOM for the past decade, this year’s event will bring more toy displays, a larger statue gallery, and of course, the ever famous grand auctions!
COSPLAY – One of the liveliest parts of an event, TAGCOM’s cosplay portion certainly kicked up its game as not only a cosplay competition will be held, but international and local guests have been confirmed to join to this auspicious event! Not one, but FOUR guests are to meet and greet their fans, namely Hana and Baozi from China, Hiro from Japan, and Aien as our local cosplay representative!
KPOP – This growing culture has been setting the music industry ablaze since the early 2009’s and TAGCOM has included this as part of the event, to bring in the young blood in the industry, making it energetic and livelier than ever! Of course, guest performers wouldn’t miss out on this, as IVY! MUSUME, RAINDROP, and BOREALIS take the stage again and bring us an outstanding performance!
