Silk Events Management presents The Brew and Whisk Club, a coffee and matcha festival that brings together drinks, retail, and community in one thoughtfully curated space. Happening at One Ayala Concourse from May 11 to 17, 2026, the week-long event transforms a familiar city walkway into a place people can explore, unwind, and spend time in.

At its core, the festival is built around coffee and matcha. Instead of focusing on a single highlight, The Brew and Whisk Club gathers a diverse mix of brands in one space, giving visitors the chance to try different blends, styles, and specialties side by side. It’s designed for both everyday drinkers and those looking to discover something new.
Beyond the drinks, the experience is shaped by a curated mix of food, retail, and lifestyle brands, creating an environment that feels cohesive and easy to move through. Guests are encouraged to explore at their own pace, with each section of the market offering something different to discover.
Throughout the week, visitors can take part in a range of activities that make the experience more interactive. In partnership with Pathfinders PH and Matcha Social, the festival will feature a Matcha Workshop on May 17, where guests can learn how to make signature matcha drinks at home, including flavored variations such as coconut and strawberry matcha. These sessions are hosted by partner communities, bringing both expertise and a more personal, community-led approach to the experience.
The same partners will also lead the Matcha Social Passport, a market-wide activity designed to encourage movement and discovery across the space. Guests can receive a passport, then collect stamps by visiting booths, joining activities, and engaging with different parts of the festival. Completed passports unlock rewards, including drink coupons from participating merchants and raffle entries for exclusive merchandise and giveaways, with winners to be announced on May 17.
Additional experiences throughout the week include free tea tasting sessions featuring different green tea profiles, curated seating areas designed to encourage guests to stay longer, and live DJ sets that shape the atmosphere of the space from day to night. Visitors can also take part in the Team Coffee vs Team Matcha voting wall, an interactive feature that invites guests to choose their side and engage with the concept in a simple, shareable way. Complimentary coffee and matcha samplers will also be available at select moments, allowing guests to explore different offerings across brands.
For Silk Events Management, The Brew and Whisk Club reflects a natural shift in how its markets are being shaped. With over 20 years in the events industry, the team continues to evolve from traditional bazaar formats into more experience-led, community-driven spaces. The focus has moved beyond simply bringing merchants together, placing equal importance on how people move through a space, what they discover, and why they choose to stay.
The Brew and Whisk Club is part of that direction—an event built around everyday interests, designed to feel easy to step into and worth coming back to.
