The Boutique Spa: Luxury Service Without The Luxury Price

When In Manila, it’s not a crime to give yourself time to relax and indulge a little to relieve you from all the stress of a day’s work or after a hell week at school. And de-stressing is more often enjoyable in the company of good friends. So me and my friends headed our way to The Boutique Spa in Makati to give ourselves some pamper time.

The Boutique Spa is a small yet very lovely spa tucked inside a commercial building in Evangelista, Makati. Finding it can be quite challenging but the quality of their services is worth it. They offer different spa services from luxury hand and foot spa, massage therapies, nail care treatments (manicure/pedicure), waxing and threading.

At the moment you enter the spa, you can already tell that you will have a relaxing time – look at their very posh interiors and add to that a very subtle and calming scent of incense. Just by thinking about it makes me want to go back there. And the best thing I liked about The Boutique Spa is that they offer luxury services for affordable prices, means you don’t have to feel guilty about spoiling yourself once in a while.

My mind immediately went into relaxed state moments after we got in. I opted to avail their Boutique Spa Fusion Massage (Php290). A day at the spa is something a girl deserves once in a while! And guys too!

The Boutique Spa offers what they call “Macho Macho Man” (a very catchy name), which is a luxury foot spa treatment for men. They need some foot pampering too! This is perfect for couples who wants to have some bonding and relaxation time, they can do it at The Boutique Spa.

They carry very pretty Orly nail polishes and does nail art too! I really liked their choices for Luxury Hand and Foot Spa treatments, I’ll come back next time for some Anti-Stress manicure and pedicure.

My friend Enny had their Lavish Dead Sea Foot Spa Treatment with Pedicure (Php350) which is perfect for dry and cracked heels.

My friend Issa, on the other hand, tried their UV Gel Polish Manicure (Php350) which was really nice! It solves the problem of post depression marks and chipping! The UV Gel polish lasts for at least 15 days. This looks perfect for me since I always end up ruining my nails easily.

Finally! Massage time for me!

I should say, I had the best massage I’ve tried so far! I was so relaxed and tempted to sleep if only we didn’t have to go to work after our spa time! I definitely recommend this place if you want a good massage.
