But Tony Roma’s passion does not end with its famous ribs, they also serve great and mouthwatering char-grilled steaks, original bbq chicken, variety of savory seafood dishes and crisp fresh salads that is sure to delight every guest.
We were able to get a chance to try a Tony Roma’s experience together with our friends and we really had a great time, not to mention that our tummies were delighted too!
Tony Roma’s restaurant gives off a very cozy and sophisticated feel. The maplewood theme of the restaurant might make one feel intimidated and perceives it as a fine-dining place but Tony Roma’s is actually a great place for a fun and casual dining with your family and friends.
Wooden interiors, eye catching murals and various bits and pieces that gives Tony Roma’s its sophisticated charm. It reminds me of those American barbecue places that I always get to see in food shows on TLC.

Tony Roma’s Healthy Drinks
You will be pretty loaded with sinful meaty stuff at Tony Roma’s so better grab a healthy drink to pair with it! Their Healthy Drinks comes in Simply Healthy (Orange), Cucumbee, Fiber Breeze, Ginger Spice and Banana Booster.
Next up is their Soup of the Day, which is Pumpkin Soup. Tony Roma’s version is thick, creamy and really flavorful.
And here comes one of the highlights of our meal…
Mixed Seafood Flat Bread (Php475) – Crisp flatbread topped with Shrimps, Cream Dory Fish, Squid Rings, Pizza Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and Red Bell Peppers seasoned in herbed Anchovy Oil
Is it pizza? I guess not really, it IS flat bread. So what’s the difference, you say? I tried reading up on flat bread vs pizza and came to conclusion that a flat bread has a thinner and crispier dough and has less amounts of toppings.
Tony Roma’s Mixed Seafood flat bread was very delightful! And I can attest to its crispy crust! Sooo good! I think I can even eat a whole board of it! Haha!
They also have Steak and Mushroom flat bread and Vegetable Flatbread, something to try next time I visit Tony Roma’s!
Next is the Thai Peanut Salad (Half Php375, Full Php545) – A mix of Romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed with a spicy peanut dressing and topped with strips of grilled chicken breast
This salad is really good! The veggies were fresh and the grilled chicken was superb with the spicy peanut dressing! Sweet and spicy! Yum! It gave me a new taste when it comes to salads (since I’m not really a fan), and this is something I’ll eat again and again!
Roma Sampler (Php999) – A trio of appetizers. Boneless Bites, Spinach Artichoke Dip and our signature Half Onion Loaf matched with Bleu cheese dressing, salsa, sour cream and our BBQ Mayo sauce.
If you can’t decide yet what to get, then you might start with this. :)
Onion Loaf (Half Php305, Full Php465) – Giant hand-cut onions, breaded, deep fried and served with our BBQ Mayo dipping sauce
A new twist to your usual onion rings! This is one of Tony Roma’s pride as they serve the perfect onion loaf every single time! I was so amused by it, it’s like a cake of onion rings! Cool, ayt? And it tastes great too with its bbq mayo dipping sauce!
We’re not done yet! Try Tony Roma’s Filet Medallions (Php995) – Three filet medallions (3oz each) with gourmet toppings of bleu cheese crust, cabernet demi-glace and bbq onions. Served with loaded baked potato and choice of roasted or steamed vegetables.
This is something to try if you want to taste a variety of flavors. I loved the one topped with cabernet demi-glace!
And last but not the least.. in fact, it’s the best!!
Tony Roma’s Original Baby Back Ribs (Half Php 658, Regular Php 858, Full Php 1088) – Tony Roma’s award-winning baby back ribs were invented in 1972 in Florida, USA. They are world-famous for these babies. Cut from the tenderloin and basted with our original BBQ sauce, we consider them the “fillet-mignon” of ribs.
I couldn’t say more for Tony Roma’s ribs! You will have to taste it for yourself to know what I’m talking about!! The meat is so tender and heavenly and the flavor, more than superb!
Casual dining at its best at Tony Roma’s, and we really mean casual! Ms. Rosa Eugenio, the General Manager of Tony Roma’s, taught us how to enjoy their outstanding and famous ribs — use your hands and dig in! There’s no better way to enjoy it than taking a piece by hand and savour each flavor-packed, lean and tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs! YUM!! I can’t wait to go back and have more of the best ribs in town!!
