Bless our romantic hearts!
In case you don’t remember, a little movie called “That Thing Called Tadhana” a Before Sunrise-esque romantic comedy that starred Angelica Panganiban and JM De Guzman, and inducted director Antoinette Jadaone into mainstream fame.
That Thing Called Tadhana followed Angelica and JM as Mace and Anthony, respectively, two souls who decide to go on a spontaneous trip together and gradually fall in love amidst the gorgeous backdrops of Baguio and Sagada. The movie became a sleeper hit after its initial limited release and went on to receive commercial and critical acclaim.
Three years after, though, it seems that we still haven’t seen the last of Anthony and Mace! JM de Guzman and Angelica Panganiban recently had a reunion, and honestly, our hearts are just melting.
They even recreated their iconic poster, which they posted on Instagram with the caption: “That thing called nagtanda na.”
The two hung out with their showbiz friends, namely Glaiza de Castro, Joross Gamboa, Ketchup Eusebio, Alwyn Uytingco, and Janus del Prado.
Now, we’re really hoping for a sequel!
