“The food and the experience our restaurant offers was inspired by the dining experiences I had while hanging out with my childhood friends. We ate pasta, burgers, and BBQ’s together. That’s why our restaurant provides everything you may have eaten when you were young,” she says.

Guiang says that Urban Chick is meant for students and their families. That is probably why her restaurant offers budget-friendly meals.

One perfect example is the restaurant’s Platter Overload (P550), which offers 1 piece of chicken barbeque, 1 piece of ribs, 2 pieces of pork liempo, 2 pieces of wings, 1 pasta, 3 barbeque rice, 2 sides, 1 pancake and 1 glass iced tea.
