South Korean actor Song Young Kyu has passed away. He was 55.

According to Soompi, the South Korean actor was found dead inside a car in a residential complex in Yongin, Gyeonggi province, by an acquaintance.
In June, he was caught driving under the influence. However, the news went public a month later, which caused him to step down from his role in the upcoming play “Shakespeare In Love” and his scenes from “The Defects” and “The Winning Try” to be edited out.
Song Young Kyu rose to prominence for his role in the 2019 comedy action film “Extreme Job.” He also had guest roles in numerous television dramas, including “Reply 1988,” “Memories of the Alhambra,” “The Penthouse: Season 3,” and “Love Scout.”
