So Sharon Cuneta decided to look up the meaning of the word “thicc” and thought to share her findings with friends and followers on Instagram.
The Megastar took screenshots of the dictionary definitions of the internet slang which meant having a full-figured body with curves “at the right places.” She said that having learned its meaning made her finally understand why her daughter, Frankie Pangilinan, always called her by that term.
“My daughter, my Baba, Kakie has always called me “THICC.” Now I know why!” she said. “Teynk yu! I’m honored!”
Frankie couldn’t help but express a mix of amusement and embarrassment in the comments section. “MOM!” she replied with a crying emoji. She also posted a screenshot of her mother’s post on Twitter and said in jest, “shawie gone wild.”
The post also received numerous comments from netizens who were humored by Sharon’s discovery.
