There were a LOT of offerings from the Balinese food fare. This is the difficult part of the buffet–deciding what to get! All the offerings looked so tempting and delicious, I forget that my stomach is NOT a bottomless pit. And another thing, maybe buffet restaurants should offer much bigger plates? (Hint, hint)
Chef Ni Made Sadnyani and Chef Kompyang Wikanta, from Grand Hyatt Bali, prepared culinary masterpieces of authentic Balinese dishes, greatly influenced from Indonesian, Chinese and Indian cuisine.
This exotic Asian food fare is available only until September 8, 2013, from Mondays to Saturdays for dinner and Sundays for lunch and dinner, with regular buffet rates of Php 1,800 on weekdays and Php 2,100 on Fridays and Saturdays.
For Market Café’s special promotional offer, for every four dinner guests, one diner gets to dine for free. Guests are also entitled to win special prizes in a lucky draw including a two-night stay in Bali, inclusive of airfare and accommodations for two, in partnership with Philippine Airlines and Grand Hyatt Bali.
Trek on down toward Hyatt Hotel’s Market Café for a regal banquet offering a taste of Bali fit for the Gods.       Â
