In her explosive production number, she also gave 2NE1’s fans a bit of nostalgia by adding their 2011 song “I Am The Best” to the setlist! She even did the Mini Miss U dance challenge with the Showtime family.

“I was really looking forward to this moment na babalik ako sa ‘It’s Showtime’,” the K-pop star said. Apparently, it has been six years since she last guested on the popular noontime show and the hosts gave her a very warm welcome! Anne Curtis personally expressed how much she missed Dara, while Kim Chiu and Vhong Navarro pointed out how she can still speak the Filipino language fluently. She affirmed, “Siyempre!”

When asked about how she feels about being loved by Filipino fans throughout the years, Dara replied, “Kaya mahal na mahal ko ang Pilipinas, e. At dito ako nanggaling, ‘di ba? At lalong-lalo na sa ABS-CBN.”

“Nandito sila since nung ‘Star Circle Quest’. Hanggang ngayon, nandito pa rin sila. 20 years na kami, ‘di ba? Maraming maraming salamat sa inyo!”

The “Sandara Park” EP under the music label Abyss Company follows her last album “Sandara” under Star Music in 2004, which includes her hit Pinoy song “In or Out.”

In 2009, Park debuted as a member of 2NE1 with the single “Fire,” and dropped her first Korean single, “Kiss” (featuring fellow 2NE1 member CL). However, the South Korean girl group disbanded in 2016.
