If you’re still reeling from the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s spooky Christmas special and impatiently waiting for its second season, then this news is going to have you even more excited.
Salem the cat, via Netflix’s twitter account of course, just came to drop some more bombs on us. After reminding us that season 2 arrives on April 5, he gives us even more information. Namely, that CAOS has just signed onto 2 more seasons on Netflix!
Apparently, the order deal is for 16 more episodes after season 2, to be divided over the course of season 3 and 4. You can check the announcement out below:

I know — I thought he would be talking too and am just as disappointed as you are if we were on the same page. But just because he hasn’t talked yet doesn’t me he won’t ever! Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has appropriately hinted about that possibility already.
Production begins in 2019 so there’s not much to speculate on the further seasons as of yet. As for season 2, however, rumor has it that we encounter even more mystical and mythical creatures. A certain Dorian Gray is likely to make an appearance as a nightclub-owning warlock. We may even get the backstory of Salem, which was extensively built in the source material. With two more seasons in the works, it looks the like the sky’s the limit for the worldbuilding they can do!
