Everybody knows Robert Downey, Jr. If you are a 90s kid, you’ve probably grown up watching some of his old movies and know him for being a rebel. If you are a bit younger, then you definitely know him as Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Iron Man, a movie character that RDJ has played since 2008. Well, RDJ is now working on a DC Comics project for a change, which he recently talked about on Instagram.
In his Instagram post, he shares that he will be producing an adaptation of Jeff Lemire’s ‘Sweet Tooth’ series for Netflix along with his wife Susan. Check out his post here:
DC Comics has also shared that James Brolin, Adeel Akhtar, Christian Convery, Will Forte, and Nonso Anozie will be starring in the series.
The ‘Sweet Tooth’ comic books by Jeff Lemire ran from 2009 to 2013 and revolves around a half-boy, half-deer creature named Gus who discovers a post-apocalyptic world after he leaves home. We can’t wait to see Netflix’s take on it!
