Speaking of other dishes, if you are really keen to try out their pulutan along with some ice cold beer, they have sizzling plates at the ready:

Sizzling Gambas (Php88)

These Sizzling Gambas are not just for pulutan; you can also pair it with rice.

Pork Sisig (Php88)

If you’re a traditional kind of sisig eater, they have this pork sisig. What we like about their sisig is that it’s not full of the usual fatty parts of pork. It is actually mostly made up of “laman”, making it more appetizing to eat!

Sizzling Pusit (Php88)

Their Sizzling Pusit is honestly to die for. We love how the octopus is well-cooked and easy to eat unlike the ones that make you feel like you’re chewing gum. We also love the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it.

Sizzling Chicken (Php88)

The last one of the sizzling plates is the Sizzling Chicken – perfect if you are more on the healthy side. For only Php88, you get to try out this sumptuous dish without feeling guilty about your diet.

Now, for the last hurrah, these dishes are their specialties and we couldn’t agree more:

Pancit Bihon (Php58)

First up is their Pancit Bihon. Can you believe that this really overwhelming serving of Pancit Bihon is only priced at Php58? Taking a bite of their pancit bihon took us back home. It made us feel like our moms actually cooked this. It has the right amount of flavor and vegetables.

Bulalo (Php90)

If you want something home cooked that will really transport you back in time, you have to try their Bulalo. I was really curious about the taste of this because I am from the land of Bulalo (Batangas). I was actually really critical before trying this out; but once I tasted it, I loved it. The only thing I don’t like about this dish is the fried garlic. I am not a fan of garlic, so that’s just a personal preference; but everyone else loved it, too.

I also noticed the tenderness of the beef that they used. After my first bite, I immediately knew that they slow-cooked the meat through a pressured cooker. Perfect for this traditional dish!

Batangas Lomi (Php60)

This was definitely the star of our meal: the Batangas Lomi! Guys, for just SIXTY PESOS, you get this huge bowl of Batangas Lomi full of glorious toppings a.k.a sahog! Once I tasted it, I was sure that it really came from Batangas! You can taste the authenticity of the dish with every bite you take, so this is definitely a must-try!

Also, don’t forget to ask for their super yummy chili garlic paste that will basically complement any dish you order. Don’t miss out their very refreshing calamansi juice, either, which is priced at only Php35 per liter! This March, you can also enjoy a bucket of beer for only Php 200! What a steal, right?
