Rihanna’s New Song Is a “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” Soundtrack

Welcome back, Rihanna! On Friday (October 28), the “Umbrella” singer is finally releasing a new single titled “Lift Me Up”.

A soundtrack to the upcoming Marvel sequel “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” Rihanna’s new song is a tribute to the late actor who played the film’s titular role, Chadwick Boseman. Boseman first appeared in the MCU on “Captain America: Civil War” in 2016, before having his own film in 2018. Unfortunately, he died in August 2020 at age 43.
