Rex Navarrete is one of the pillars of Filipino Stand-Up comedy and has paved the way for other Filipino comedians and local Filipino comedians to be recognized and appreciated. Rex has been writing and performing jokes since the 1980s and has released top-selling comedy albums since 1998.Â
He was known for his jokes about “Tito Boy”, “SBC Packers,” and “Marites versus the Super Friends.”Â
