Let’s start off with the renowned red velvet cake. ROC Cafe is one of the few restaurants that have perfected the way I like it- moist cake with just the right amount of sweetness in the cream cheese frosting. They also have red velvet cheesecake! mmm~

Pi Breakfast and Pies is a breakfast & brunch restaurant that aims to satisfy you (and your sweet tooth) with awesome breakfast meals and an assortment of freshly baked goods, like this indulgent square of dark red and white. Their red velvet brownie was dense, filling, and costs only P60.00.
