Theater actress Rachelle Ann Go and her husband, Martin Spies, marked the fourth month of their second child, Sela Teruah, with a Christian dedication. In an Instagram post, she shared adorable snaps of Sela and the ceremony held in the United Kingdom.
“Sela is 4 months and she had her dedication at our church. We prayed yesterday that her life will be built on the rock(Sela), the cornerstone, the firm foundation who is Jesus Christ. We prayed that she will have a firm faith and from that faith she’ll be a Teruah—ready to raise a shout for Jesus, to testify to her love for Him and to make Him known,” she wrote.

A Christian dedication, also known as baby dedication, is a ceremony that signifies the commitment of a child to the Lord. It is also a commitment between parents and the church to raise their children according to God’s Word and ways.

The Broadway star hoped that Sela would become a strength, blessing, and encouragement to their family and people. She concluded, “I’m so excited to witness what God has planned for your life our Sela Teruah. We love you.”
Rachelle and Martin tied the knot in April 2018 in Boracay. They welcomed their first child, Lucas Judah, in March 2021 and Sela in March 2023.
