Palawan has awesome food and Purple Fountain Inn’s Restaurant named White Fence lives up to its promise of comfort food.

White Fence is just inside the vicinity of Purple Fountain. They are open from breakfast to dinner and offer different types of cuisine.

One of the things that you will surely notice is the intricate decor that they have in the place. Aside from the colorful walls, the display items make the restaurant unique and dainty.

There is plenty of sitting space in the restaurant, too. They accommodate the guests of the inn and walk-in foodies.

They have photographs, paintings, mugs, toy houses and other things that will peak your curiosity.

One of the best-selling items on the menu is the Nasi Goreng or Grilled Chicken with Bagoong Rice and Fried Egg. The rice is super tasty while the Chicken is cooked so well that I can say it’s ‘sarap to the bones’.

We loved the Chicken Wings, too, which are served with rice and buttered corn. The wings are fried and covered with sweet sauce.

We wanted to have a snack, too, so it’s a good thing there is fried isaw on the menu. Tasty and crispy!

If you want something heavy, they have Grilled Liempo which is served with Java Rice and Buttered Corn. The pork is very tender and the barbecue sauce is sweet and a little spicy.

The ribs are very good, too. The serving is actually good for sharing and comes with a heaping side of buttered corn and java rice. Considering how fast the service is, the ribs are very tender and fall off the bones. The sauce is actually so good that I ended up asking for extra sauce.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will see a fridge with dessert in it. Aside from their churros, their chocholate cake is delectable, so don’t pass on the opportunity to order it. It is very moist and not as sweet as other chocolate cakes in the market.

What we loved the most about Purple Fountain Inn, though, is the service that they provided. We were greeted with smiles and hellos every time and all our needs were attended to immediately.
