According to the commission’s official advisory: Bagong Lahing Filipino Development Foundation Inc. claims to be registered under the SEC number: A200200833 but  it is not registered at all under the commission.

 

3. GOLDXTREME Trading Co.

According to the commission’s official advisory: With a Php 5000 investment slot will promise you Php 24450 GOLDXTREME is registered under the commission but as a Partnership. They are authorized to engage in business of wholesale and retail of gold but they are NOT authorized to solicit funds from the public.

 

2. Success200 International Marketing

According to the commission’s official advisory: SUCCESS200 has been soliciting funds from different locations. For an investment of Php 1800 it will grow to Php 10,000. This said company is not registered under the commission

 

1. F.L.A.G. Prosperity Marketing Inc.

According to the commission’s official advisory: F.L.A.G. Prosperity Marketing Inc. AKA Freedom Life Advanced Global Prosperity Marketing Inc. has been operating in Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, Quezon, Isabela, Cavite and NCR. It is NOT registered under the Commission to solicit investments.

 

The Security and Exchange Commission is advising the public to exercise self-restraint from investing your money to such high yield-high risk investment schemes and to take necessary precautions in dealing with the above entities mentioned and their representatives.
