Dyson has announced South Korean actor Park Bo Gum and IVE’s Jang Won Young as its newest ambassadors in Asia Pacific, representing its home appliances and hair device categories across the region.

Park Bo Gum will be fronting campaigns for Dyson’s home technology lineup. Known for his calm and sincere image, his public persona aligns with the brand’s engineering-led approach to developing products designed to improve everyday living.
As part of his role, he will introduce some of Dyson’s latest innovations, including the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI Robot Cleaner. The device uses a three-step cleaning system—detect, remove, and recheck—to address dirt and stains with AI-powered precision.
“Home is where I recharge, and technology plays a big role in making that space comfortable and efficient,” Park Bo Gum shared. “Dyson’s innovations have always impressed me, and I’m excited to share their engineering values with everyone.”
Meanwhile, Jang Won Young has been named ambassador for Dyson Hair Devices in Asia Pacific, where she will take part in campaigns highlighting the brand’s styling technologies.
Her partnership with Dyson Beauty reflects a shared focus on versatility, self-expression, and hair health, particularly through tools designed to minimize heat damage while maintaining performance.
“As an artist, my hair plays a big part in completing every concept I take on,” she said. “The Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ is my go-to styling tool because it helps me experiment with looks while keeping my hair healthy.”
Dyson continues to expand its beauty category following a £500 million (around ₱40 million) investment in research and development announced in 2022, aimed at advancing hair science and engineering. Recent launches include the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ multistyler and the Dyson Supersonic r™ hair dryer.
