Biyaya Animal Care is delighted to announce the resounding success of its 2nd Anniversary Free Mass Spay & Neuter Event. Held last September 1, 2024, at the Mandaluyong College of Science and Technology in collaboration with Pet Ko Luv Ko by Charisse Marie Abalos-Vargas, the event surpassed expectations by sterilizing a total of 2,484 pets – cats and dogs.
This number surpasses Biyaya’s previous record of 1,111 animals spayed and neutered during their 1st anniversary event. This incredible feat signifies a growing awareness of responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering in the community.
MORE THAN JUST SPAYING & NEUTERING
The event went beyond surgeries, offering a fun and informative atmosphere for pet owners. Partnering with various pet brands, Biyaya provided engaging games and exciting prizes for participants special thanks to Ayala Malls, ABC Pets, The Perfect Paws, Maxime, Yum Yum, Zoetis, Pawnec, Alphapro, Locally, Petchola, Lucky Pets, Princess Catfood, Union Bank, Bebecats and Wndrpets. The event was further graced by the presence of supportive public figures, showcasing a united front for animal welfare including Senator Grace Poe, Senator Risa Hontiveros, and DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos.
