Itโs been a roller coaster ride since the pandemic began. Sometimes we should step back and take a deep breathโappreciate the ups and learn from the downs.
Froilan Sarenas, the owner of The Villamaria Kitchen, says that he’s most thankful for finding his passion during these challenging times.
“Having your own brand, no matter how small, brings so much satisfaction after a hard dayโs work,” he shares with WhenInManila.com. “And experiencing how The Villamaria Kitchen has grown from a hobby to a startup has been incredibly fulfilling.”
Just recently, they’ve taken their food business beyond social media and into the (wider) world wide web. They’ve recently launched their brand new website: www.thevillamariakitchen.com.
“Weโve been operating solely through our social media and realized that there is a huge market that we havenโt really tapped. We are hoping (and praying real hard) that investing in SEO will help us reach more foodies outside our community,” Sarenas shares.
Through the new website, ordering is so easy. It only takes 4 steps: pick your base, pick your size, pick your add-ons, and pay. The new website also features reviews from celebrities and food aficionados.
Whatโs new with The Villamaria Kitchen?
Their menu has been growing little by little.
Early this year, they introduced a few healthier optionsโKeto Friendly and Low Carb Stir Fry Ma La, and a Vegetarian Stir Fry Ma La option. Youโll be surprised with how many calories certain Ma La dishes contain! It can fit your healthy lifestyle especially the Vegetarian, Keto or Low Carb options.
“And our Ma La Pata is finally getting the love it deserves,” says Sarenas. “Slow-cooked to perfection, it takes about 5-6 hours to cook our Ma La Pata, so we request you book this in advance.
”
They also just launched the Ma La Noodles; you can choose any Stir Fry Ma La base and add egg noodles. Sarenas reveals that this is one of his personal favorites. The firmness of the noodles compliments the textures of the dish.
For October, they also have the Oktoberfest Promo. The Stir Fry Ma La Noodles and Ma La Pata go so well with an iced cold beer! So, for their Oktoberfest promo, you can enjoy their New Ma La Noodlesย and the Savory Ma La Pata for only P1,488. This duo is good for 5-6 people already and promo lasts until October 31, 2021.
